Italtel Group: Board of Directors decides not to go ahead with Stock Exchange Listing for the Time Being

Under the present market conditions, characterized by extreme volatility, the Board of Directors of Italtel decided that for the time being the company will not proceed with the listing on the electronic equity market of the Italian Stock Ehxhange.
