Italtel Shareholders’ meeting authorizes plan to list company on the Italian Stock Exchange

Milan, February 27, 2006

The Shareholders’ Meeting of Italtel Holding S.p.A. met today and adopted the authorisation for submission of the request for listing on the STAR segment of Mercato Telematico Azionario (Electronic Equity Market) of Borsa Italiana S.p.A. (the Italian Stock Exchange) and granted the Board of Directors power to oversee the capital increase transactions involved in the listing.
