A company focused on the development of automated logistic solutions for the manufacturer of consumer goods has the goal to allow the non-technical staff of its customers to easily interact with the Automated Guided Vehicles (AGV) management system in an innovative way.

Solution

1. DESCRIPTION
   A chatbot for allowing the customers to chat with the control system of the AGVs using the natural language leveraging the Cisco Webex Teams collaboration tool
2. BENEFITS
   • Simplify the dialogue with the AGVs (reducing the required specific competencies)
   • Speed up the access to the status of the AGVs, also in mobility
