With thousands of branches both in Italy and internationally, the need for innovative and scalable solutions is crucial to meet the high demand for secure and accessible banking services. Solution


Italtel, in partnership with a leading international telecom operator, has been supporting the client for over 10 years. By providing and managing a VoIP solution for both Italian and international branches, we ensure secure and reliable communication using a Unified Communication platform in geo-redundancy across two separate data centers. The network infrastructure, security, and computing systems were specifically designed to meet the client’s needs, including voice applications and communication management between branches, while also aligning with the priorities of accessibility and inclusivity that the bank has long established.
