VoIP Accounts for 17% of Business Telephone Traffic Minutes in Italy. This According to a Università Bocconi Research sponsored by Italtel and Cisco

Milan, June 17, 2008 – 91% of company users make use of Internet telephony repeatedly during the day and 40% for over 3 hours a day. This according to a Bocconi study carried out together with Italtel and Cisco.
